So, you’re asking God for more? Then you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Dechari. (dee-chair-uh)
I come alongside sisters in Christ who are in a season of wanting more—more of God, more clarity, and more courage to take the next step, even when that step feels both exciting and scary.
If you’re longing for a safe space to ask honest questions, be graciously challenged, work through obstacles, and grow in both spiritual depth and practical wisdom, you’re in the right place.
As a coach, I ask thoughtful questions and help you create space and rhythms to connect with God, listen for His guidance, and step into who He has already created and called you to be. My approach is personalized and Spirit-led.
This is coaching that meets you where you are—and honors what God knows you need most.
Coaching Agreement
-
The heart of this coaching relationship is to help you run your race faithfully (Hebrews 12:1–2), seek God’s guidance, and grow in clarity and confidence through prayerful conversation, reflection, and intentional action.
This coaching practice is grounded in the Christian faith and guided by a desire to honor God in all things. Coaching is offered as a space of encouragement, discernment, and growth, where the Coach comes alongside the Client as a sister in Christ and supportive champion, while acknowledging the Client’s role in making choices and taking action toward her growth.
-
Christian coaching is a collaborative, faith-centered process designed to encourage personal growth, clarity, and forward movement in alignment with the Client’s values and Christian faith. Coaching may include reflective conversation, goal setting, accountability, prayer, and practical action steps.
The Client understands that coaching is growth-oriented and supportive in nature.
-
The Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is not:
Therapy or counseling
Medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health treatment
Diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition
Crisis intervention or emergency support
The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or heal medical or psychological conditions. If the Client requires therapy, counseling, or other professional services, the Coach may recommend seeking support from a licensed professional.
-
Both parties acknowledge the importance of a healthy coaching relationship. The Coach reserves the right to accept or decline a Client if the Coach determines that the coaching relationship is not a good fit or falls outside the scope of coaching services.
Likewise, the Client is under no obligation to continue coaching if they determine it is not a good fit. However, any decision to discontinue coaching is subject to the refund and cancellation terms outlined in this agreement under section 10.
